General arrangement: In the fore-peak there are currently four berths. The old forecastle in the fore is in good condition with four berths. The cargo-hold has been converted to galley with refrigerator and propane stove with oven. In the old cargo-hold is also a small cabin with a double berth and a saloon which can hold bunks for four people. The ship is kept warm by a Reflex heater which has a 30 litre water boiler attached. Since "Jens Kristian" was brought to Sweden in 1989 she has been rebuilt and rigged. She was genuinelly rebuilt and the caracteristic fishing boat look has been preserved. The ship was drydocked in 1997 and had parts of the keel replaced, caulked and fitted with a new wheelhouse roof.
