Type of vessel: Swedish coast guard pollution control vessel, built as landing craft. Rebuilt to DnV Oil-Rec specification.
Built: 1982, Lunde Shipyard, Ramvik, Sweden. Rebuilt and modernized 1993 at Oskarshamnsvarvet, Sweden.
Material: Steel, 8 mm freeboard. Aluminium superstructure.
Length: 36.02 meters (Lbp: 32.43 meters).
Beam: 7.30 meters.
Draft: 3.05 meters to summer loadline (moulded depth: 3.65 meters).
Air draft: 16.4 meters (some antennas may be higher).
Tonnage:169 GT / 69 NT.
Displacement: 215 tons light ship.
Cargo capacity: 150 tons of recovered oil. Four coiled cargo tanks heated by a Clayton EO16 steam generator.
Cargo pumps: Allweiler Seeberg 2700, 1834 lit/min, 6 bar screw pump and a Allweiler Seeberg 2001 screw pump, 175 lit/min at 6 bar.
Main engine: 2 x Scania DSI 11 61 M41V, 315 kW each, around 8000 running hours. Ulstein 55 GSO reduction gearboxes with ratio 4.05:1, Ulstein CP variable pitch propellers. Hydraulic pumps on main engines power the side thrusters in fore and aft.
Aux. Engine: 2 x Scania DS 11 43 M20T with Hizinger SGB 507/4, 184 kVA generators, <15000 running hours.
Cruising speed: 9-10 knots on about 100 litres/hour.
Bunkers: Diesel – 20 tons in four tanks + 0,43 tons in daytank.
Hydraulic oil – 5.3 tons in three tanks.
Fresh water – 6.6 tons in two tanks.
Foam tanks – 1.8 tons in three tanks.
Trim tanks – 29.2 tons in two tanks.
Engine room equipment: 2 x Topgear 30A starter battery chargers. 45 kW hydraulic motor. Panasonic CCTV camera.

Safety equipment: 2 x Sailor SP3110 portable GMDSS VHF's, IESM SART, Salwico SG4887 fire alarm central, Salwico KVC-413 gas alarm, 3 x 45 kilo CO2-fire suppression in engine room, two fire monitors, 1900 liters/min at 7 bars.
Deck equipment: 1 x Hiab Foco Sea Crane 110, 6 tons on 2 meters with wire winsch. 1 x Hiab Foco Sea Crane 200, 9.4 tons at 2 meters with 2 ton Hiab Foco winsch. Towing hook and capstans on aft deck. Anchor winches with two anchors, one spare anchor.
General arrangement: Deckhouse contains a dayroom with eight seats, TV, DVD player, coffe maker, refrigerator and freezer. In fore of deckhouse are two larger single cabins with desk, telephone, stereo and ethernet connection. Aft of deckhouse holds two double cabins, WC with shower cabinet, two store rooms and galley with Stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The superstructure is located on the starboard side of the deck. Aft deck has a dive platform with ladder.
Below deck from fore to aft are trim tanks, bow thruster room, dry cargo/equipment hold with Macgregor hatch, pump room, cargo tanks, engine room and aft peak. Foreship contains workshop and chem-diver supply room.
Classification: State Ship under Swedish Maritime Administration. National Safety Certificate for sea area A. GMDSS areas A1-A2. International Load Line Certificate, 600 mm summer freeboard. International Tonnage Certificate issued 1993 after conversion.
Position: Oxelösund, Swedish east coast.
