Equipment: Two new Grandel 60, 100 kW furnaces with pellet feeding system provide central heating through water radiators. Automatic burglary alarm system. Smoke detectors in all areas.
Deck equipment: 3 x 500 kg Holl anchors with 50 meters of 22 mm chain on electric anchor winches with capstans. 30 ton crane fitted on a-frame on one bow. Ten heavy duty mooring bollards. Two 72 m3/hr + 25 m3/hr fire pumps with ten connection valves for fire fighting. One additional NCS-3, 40 m3/hr water pump.
General arrangement: Two 300 m2 + 165 m2 workshops on main deck, the larger room is currently used for concerts and parties and also contains the nightguard's office. The smaller workshop is used today as a storeroom. Overhead mounted cranes on beams inside the workshops with capacities 4 x 3.6 tons and 4 x 1.5 tons. Upper deck has recently been completely rebuilt into modern office spaces. Below deck is a cantine which is currenly used as a restaurant, several toilets and large store rooms and cargo holds.
Classification: Latvian flag, registered as floating workshop. Survey certificate valid until May 16, 2012.
